TIPS TO EXTEND BLADE LIFE


• Break in each blade with lighter feed for 3–5 minutes

• Keep band tension correct and guides tight

• Maintain straight infeed and stable outfeed

• Clear pitch and fines, use a light lube if needed

• Retire blades at the first sign of cracking
