Tri-Pac Industrial Supply was founded by a team with decades of experience in the pallet industry and in manufacturing specialized products tailored to its needs. Our founders bring a unique combination of expertise, from our experience in blade manufacturing and distribution to our rigorous, hands-on background operating pallet dismantlers and managing large-scale pallet manufacturing operations.

We provide pallet dismantling blades and personal protective equipment (PPE) to the pallet recycling industry, supporting safer, more efficient operations with products we use ourselves every day.
We are proud members of the National Wood Pallet & Container Association (NWPCA) and the Western Pallet Association (WPA), as well at The Pallet Foundation and Nature’s Packaging among various other global Supply Chain and packaging affiliations which reflect our active role in the industry and our commitment to its ongoing growth and success.

Julie DeRoush
President, TRI-PAC Industrial Supply
Julie has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, and supply chain management, including 15 years in the pallet industry. She is known for aligning supply chain strategy with sustainability, building trusted partnerships, and delivering results that last.
She serves on the Western Pallet Association Board and is on the Board of Trustees of The Pallet Foundation, and is an active member of the NWPCA, WPA, CSCMP, NGA, Nature’s Packaging, and Women in Business groups.
Julie brings over 20 years of experience spanning manufacturing, automation, supply chain, and sustainability, with more than 15 years focused on the pallet industry. She began her career in marketing and sales, where she played a key role in reshoring business from overseas competitors and strengthening U.S. manufacturing. She later expanded into incorporation set-up, accounting, and business operations, building a diverse skill set that continues to shape her leadership today.
In the pallet sector, Julie has built a track record of aligning supply chain strategy with sustainability goals, forging partnerships, and driving measurable results. She is recognized for her ability to strengthen relationships and cultivate trust while delivering growth and promoting environmentally responsible practices.
Samuel Lacey
Executive Vice President, TRI-PAC Industrial Supply
With over 16 years of experience in the pallet industry, Sam co-founded TRI-PAC Industrial Supply to deliver solutions built for operators, by operators. His background spans both corporate distribution and entrepreneurial ventures, giving him expertise in product development, team leadership, and sales growth.
Sam has worked alongside recyclers and manufacturers across thousands of pallet facilities, contributing to the design of industry-leading dismantling and circular blades, as well as specialty products such as spray paint that masks heat-treat stamps. His operator-first approach ensures tools and support improve efficiency, safety, and profitability.
Sam has been an active member of the National Wooden Pallet & Container Association for more than 16 years and the Western Pallet Association for over 15 years. He continues to contribute to industry-wide initiatives focused on safety, sustainability, and innovation. As Executive Vice President, Sam’s leadership combines listening first, responding with proven strategies, and helping operations achieve stronger results.
Lindsey Leiker
Senior Controller, TRI-PAC Industrial Supply
Lindsey brings 13 years of experience in the pallet industry, supported by a strong foundation of entrepreneurial leadership. With her financial expertise and hands-on management style, Lindsey is focused on strengthening the supply chain and supporting industry innovation.
As Senior Controller at TRI-PAC Industrial Supply. She started her first business at the age of 20, grew it successfully, and sold it before returning to Garden City to continue her career. This early achievement set the stage for her leadership in managing multiple companies, where she has consistently improved operations and driven growth.
With 13 years of direct experience in the pallet industry, Lindsey has developed a unique ability to combine financial discipline with a practical, hands-on approach to business management. Her leadership style emphasizes efficiency, accountability, and results that strengthen both individual companies and the broader supply chain.
Lindsey is an active member of the National Wooden Pallet & Container Association and the Western Pallet Association. Through these organizations, she remains engaged with industry trends and works to contribute to ongoing innovation and sustainability in the pallet sector.
